Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to familiarize yourself with our space & allow our team to help you safely set up.
avoid late cancellations & no shows!
The first class of the day has a 6 hour cancellation window. All other classes have a 4 hour cancellation window.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, all class bookings and cancellations must be made through the ‘Social Cycle Spin Club’ app. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process cancellations through social media, email, or phone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
the social room is a no phone zone.
Focus on you. Check in & check out. Leave your phone in your cubby. The outside world will be waiting for you!
You are more than welcome to take pictures before and after class.
If you are expecting a call that can not wait, please speak to the motivator before class. We ask that you leave the room to answer any texts or calls.
All smart watches should either be turned off or be switched to theatre mode to prevent any distractions during class.
the social room is a chat free zone.
Once class has begun please limit the amount of talking in the room. High-fives, ‘WOOOO’s’ and encouragement are welcome, however conversations in the room can be distracting to other riders who are focused on their ride.
LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED
In efforts to not disturb a class in session, late entry is not permitted once the SOCIAL room door is closed.
WAITLISTS
Treat these as if you are attending the class. Please only put yourself on waitlists you can commit to. If you make it on to a waitlist and do not show up, late fees will apply.
If a class is waitlisted & you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the class starting, your spot will be given to the next rider in line.
PLEASE AVOID CROWDING THE ENTRANCE
The cozy seating area in the SOCIAL room is the perfect place to connect with friends, both new and old!

While all are welcome to ride, if you’re joining us to just ride & feel the music, we ask that you sit on the side or back row to let those who are there for choreo follow along.

While we discourage an early exit, we understand that situations may arise. IF you MUST leave early, advise the motivator before class and choose a bike close to the door for an easy exit.
